1. Who this agreement is between
These terms are between you and:
CrewFlow v/ Stian Nafstad
Selma Ellefsens Vei 3M
0581 Oslo
Norway
CrewFlow is used two ways, and which one applies to you changes what you agree to here:
- As an organization. Whoever creates an organization and subscribes accepts these terms on the organization's behalf, and is responsible for the people they invite and the data they put in.
- As invited crew. If a manager invited you, you accept these terms for your own use of CrewFlow. You are not party to the organization's subscription, and you do not control what the organization does with the tour data it holds about you. Our privacy policy explains who controls what.
2. Accounts
You need an account, and it is yours alone — do not share sign-in credentials. Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has access to it. You must be at least 16.
3. What you may not do
Do not use CrewFlow to break the law, to store data you have no right to store, to attack or probe the service or other users' data, to resell access, or to work around the limits of your plan. We may suspend an account that does.
4. Your content
Riders, contracts, itineraries, documents, messages and the rest of what you put into CrewFlow remain yours — or your organization's. We claim no ownership.
You grant us the licence we need to actually run the service: to store your content, serve it to the people you have given access, back it up, and process it through the providers listed in the privacy policy. Nothing beyond that. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell it.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload — including personal data about crew, guests and emergency contacts.
5. Subscriptions and payment
CrewFlow is sold as a subscription, priced per editor seat. An editor is a person who manages tours in an organization — a tour manager or production manager. Crew and artist accounts are free and unlimited. The price per seat, the billing period and any limits that apply to your plan are the ones shown at checkout and on your organization's billing page.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing period shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or hold your card details.
- You can cancel at any time from your organization's billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already paid for.
- If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven). To use it, write to privacy@crewflow.io within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it.
- If a payment fails we may suspend access to paid features after notifying you. Your data is not deleted for non-payment — see section 7.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before a renewal.
6. Availability
We work to keep CrewFlow available, and we do not promise a specific uptime figure. There is no service level agreement. We will tell you about planned maintenance where we can, and we publish nothing that we do not intend to keep.
CrewFlow is a planning and coordination tool. It is not a safety system, and it is not a substitute for your own arrangements: do not rely on it as the only copy of information somebody's safety depends on.
7. Ending the agreement
You may stop using CrewFlow and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, or if we are legally required to.
When a subscription ends, the organization's data remains available for 30 days so it can be exported, after which we may delete it. We will say so before deleting anything.
When the last owner of an organization deletes their account, the organization's tours and everything attached to them are affected, including data about crew who did not ask for it to go. Contact us first; this is handled deliberately rather than automatically.
8. Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: CrewFlow is provided as-is; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data where you had the means to keep your own copy; and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use CrewFlow after a change takes effect means accepting it. If you do not accept, you may cancel.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes belong to the Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory law in the country where you live.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms go to privacy@crewflow.io, or by post to the address in section 1.
